As the festival had to change location, everything was new for us and the whole Kellerkindgang and a challenge of a different magnitude. The main task of this edition was to transform the dearie TU-Campus into a one-day parallel universe of Energy and Extasy to allow the audience to fully transcend reality. In this stage design, no conventional rigging was used and the completely welded construction was fully exposed. To still remind of the universities technical background, the “reactor”-stage should be reminiscent of an old rusted power station, which was supported by flamethrowers and lighting effects. As in other projects, this design had to be portable, reusable and easy to reassemble to further develop it the following year.
